3. How do I find a Service or Equipment Advert?

To find services or equipment,

• Select the tab at the top of the page
• Select a menu option from the left hand side
• To filter those businesses in your area, select your County from the drop down list

5. How do I find Local Events

Click on Find Events Here which can be found on the right hand side of the page.

6. I want to send an advert to a friend

Great news, when you are viewing the advert, simply select "Email", complete the addressee email details and your name and select "Send".

7. I want to save an advert to view later

Simply select "Save" when you are viewing the advert to place the details in Your Account area.

8. I want to save my search criteria

When you select your search criteria, simply select "Save" and the details will be placed in Your Account area.

9. Why hold an Account?

Holding an account offers a number of benefits including:

• Save your searches - we know you will be looking for a certain type of horse, so we have provided a save facility which lets you re-run your searches again and again without the need to complete the search criteria

• Spotted a horse you liked? save to your favourites for you to review and compare later

• Found a horse for a friend? great, email the advert direct

• Place an advert at anytime with secure payment facilities

• When you place an advert, an account will automatically be set up for you. This enables you to amend your advert as you chose without additional cost.

You only need an email address and password to set up an account and we can assure you that your details will not be passed to any other companies.

10. I want to place an advert but I am unable to access a computer

We recognise that not everyone has access to a computer or that perhaps you need a little help in placing an advert. If you need help, please call 07969 798194 we will do what we can to accomodate you.

11. I am concerned about the content of an advert

If you have concerns about the content of any advert on the website, or any emails purporting to be or from the equestrianneeds.com website please contact customerservice@equestrianneeds.com
